Acrylic webbing is a soft, flexible material that is ideal for creating belts, totes, purse straps, among many other applications. With a cotton like feel, this webbing is soft to the touch and a flexible strap to work with. Acrylic webbing tends to be a little more durable than cotton webbing, and will outlast it. This webbing has a tensile strength of 550 lbs. Tensile strength is the average breaking point under good conditions at the factory. We recommend that you use no more than 50% of the tensile strength of any webbing.
For this webbing, it is best to use 2 inch hardware; such as D-rings, buckles, or triglides. Please be aware that some rolls may contain factory splices, but we would be more than happy to get you a continuous roll; just let us know when ordering!
