I don't have chickens but we do have 2 cats and 3 dogs, so there's a lots of clean up around the house and yard. I decided to try these scoopers out based on the description, which seemed as though the average pup's yard deposit would not be too much for this to help keep the grass clean. I was not disappointed at all. The wire mesh of the scoop is pretty solid and will not collapse under the weight of the "surprises" left by my 70-80lb pitties. The length of the handle also means no one has to get down on the ground or get a backache from cleaning out the kitty litter boxes daily. Everything went together very easily and the length of the handle is not only adjustable but you can lock them into place so it stays the desired length while cleaning the coop, yard, or litter box. A set of 2 for this price is totally worthwhile and the scoop is easily cleaned with a garden hose.

These are so impressive! For starters, it's a 2 pack, which is great. The handle extends in 2 places, and screws into place so it wont accidentally slip out of place while you are using it. The scoop a large size, metal, and very sturdy and a large size. The rope strap on the end of the handle for the wrist strap is a nice touch. All around a really great product.
