The calming effect of the fish as well as removing the glare from florescent lights is great!It bring a very soothing effect to office lighting

These, like other covers of their kind, are always a little disappointing in application. The panel is just barely big enough to cover the light, and the placing and strength of the magnet is such that the panel inevitably somehow manages to sag, despite feeling just barely big enough. Even with that, my students still absolutely love these because they are vampire goblin children who always want the lights low.

Let me explain the 3 star rating first. Unfortunately, the magnets put in this are not consistent enough to keep it flat. If the seller would address this issue, these would literally fly off the shelf for them.This matching set of fluorescent light covers are absolutely beautiful if only they would stay up. There are so many different styles of these. I think they look even better in person than they do even on the pictures.These look great when they are turned on, and when they are shut off. I've started using a few different styles of light covers in my classroom this year. While the designs are generally striking from one company to the next, unfortunately, the way they set up their magnets sometimes is a miss. This is exactly the case. The design is beautiful, and my students love the way it looks, but I regret to say that they could have done a better job with the quality and placement of their magnets.The magnets are strong enough to hold them in place once they are all attached, but they are weak enough to make it a bit of a struggle to get them in place. You have to handle the cover gingerly so you don't pull too much on the cover or the magnets will detach. This is unfortunate if you plan on taking these off regularly for cleaning or when bulbs need to be replaced. The other think I noticed is that on both of the ones I received one of the ends, the magnets were not placed in the corner. This means that when you get the cover in place you have a small edge of the cover that kind of hangs down instead of being held in place. Again unfortunate, but not a deal breaker.This might just be an issue with the 2 that I received so I didn't want to take too many stars off the rating as they are quite beautiful. I would recommend these to a colleague I just hope they have better luck with the magnets.

The lighting in my office was very uncomfortable. With limited natural light, all I had was the fluorescent panel light draining my energy. Putting this blue sky over the fluorescent light mellowed out the lighting in the office.The light cover is the size of a standard fluorescent panel light and has magnets around the perimeter for easy installation.

I work in an office that does not have any windows. I ordered these hoping it would give us a sense of outdoors. I feel the light shines through fairly well, however my coworkers thought it made the office too dark, so we hung them on our metal walls instead. It is a little strange because the image is from the ground looking up, but I guess that’s better than nothing. The magnets are okay. They’re a not as strong as I’d like but they’ve not fallen off either.
