Sturdy and helpful. The one with the wider gaps is only good for large clumps, so we use the grid mesh one more often. But it’s nice to have both in one set.

Can someone fall in love with litter scoopers? Absolutely! I have used the plastic scoopers for over 40 years and finally decided to spend the extra money and try these. They are wonderful and work perfectly. I like having the finer mesh one for the finer stuff. They are strong. The handles are comfortable. Not one negative!

For someone who rarely writes reviews, I felt compelled to leave one for this product. The quality of these scoopers is much higher than any of the previous ones I’ve purchased in the past. The handles are solid & are easy to grip. The Stainless steel mesh is of great quality & firm unlike the many similar scoops I’ve tried. I believe that these will last a long time even with multiple uses per day & with routine disinfection. Im very happy with this purchase & I appreciate the consideration of the high grade shipping/packaging from the seller. It was a wonderful surprise to receive these scoops in packaging that could hold up to the abuse of my local Amazon delivery drivers!

The perfect solution would be my cats using the toilet. Since that isn't going to happen, these scoops are a pretty good aid for litter box duty. The larger scoop has two gap widths. The larger gap is probably similar to the plastic scoops you have used. But at the leading edge of the scoop, the gap is smaller to snag those small bits that always fall through. The smaller scoop is more of a mesh grid. It definitely can handle the smaller pieces. However, my husband doesn’t like it. He says the grid is too small and requires more shaking to help the loose litter fall. Then with the added shaking, he risks breaking the clumps which then fall through. I have a feeling he is just too impatient. Anyway, the scoops are nice and don’t hold odors. I imagine over time they might rust. Stainless doesn’t mean stain free; they are just stain-less!I note two negatives. First, I which the leading edges were angled. Second, not everyone will want to spend this amount of money on litter scoops. But that said, the price seems average for a two pack of comparable scoops.

The front slits of the scooper are thin which is perfect for smaller or broken pieces of litter. The larger slits do a good job of quickly sifting the litter and the over all size is good enough for scooping multiple clumps of litter. The smaller mesh scooper is more like a 4/5. This is because the mesh is not as small as I thought it would be so its not perfect but has the same well made construction as the main scooper

This pack of 2 stainless steel scoops for kitty litter are very nice and super light. Both scoops have a hook on the ends of the handles to allow for hanging on hooks. I was surprised at how light these scoops are. They arrived with perfect timing since it was little box cleaning time. The slightly bigger scoop with the larger gaps was great for picking up the larger clumps, and then sliding them into a bag for disposal. This scoop is an excellent replacement for the heavy-duty metal scoop that I was using with a broken plastic/hard rubber handle. My hopes might have been too high for the scoop with the smaller gaps and grid-type pattern. I say this because this new litter that I decided to try due to cost and claims of quality keeps leaving these little extra clumps behind. When I scooped and most of the little stayed in the scoop I thought that I had found a solution. Then I gently shook the scoop, only to watch those extra clumps fall right back into the litter box. The bracket or u-hook to hang these scoops off from the side might be good for some, but the side of my kitty's litter box isn't high enough to use this feature.Overall impression, these are nice quality, light-weight, all stainless steel litter scoops. They are easy to clean and scoop out the same if not a tad more than other scoops.
