Just an FYI. There are 2 small issues for the 4 star rating instead of the 5. 1 is there is a slight bend to the stopper cap in manufacture that will leave the thermometer at a slight angle when set up, but not enough that it won't work. The other is the way it was shipped. It came from the far side of the world and I'm sure got tossed around, but the packaging worked great. Nothing broken. Just don't plan on reusing the packaging. It was snuggly packed in a Styrofoam box, packed in with random broken pieces of Styrofoam packed in around it. Small pieces of foam throughout all of the pieces and you will never get that puzzle back together. when you open it to inspect your shipment have some bubble wrap or packing materials on hand. Other than that I'm very happy.

When this first came in, they sent a 2L 24/29 neck round bottom that I couldn't use, a broken vacuum port that left shards of glass everywhere, and a broken 1L round bottom. After emailing them I did get new items but it wasn’t worth it.I used this for a simple nitric acid distillation. No crazy temperature or stress on the glass of any kind. It cracked on the first use before reaching temperature and leaked my reagents all over the place. The sulphuric acid I used ruined my heating mantle and my hot plate I was using to stir the reaction. Lesson learned that getting cheap glass ended up costing me $600 in damages and I didn’t even get my product I bought this for.
