Not sure about this. It has no place for clips it’s just a silicone mold with a slit in it. I hops they do not seep when poured. The mold is nice and thick silicone but the engineering not so sure it will work.

I had a heck of time trying to get the candles out of the mold without them breaking. I also couldn’t get the wick to stay in the center when I was pouring the wax so I am not sure if the error is my end or a design flaw. Sealing them was an issue and I had no leakage issues. I also think it’s worth mentioning that I am in way close to even a savvy candle maker so this could be an issue on my end. I’ve had better luck with the plastic molds vs silicon.

This product sucks. Firstly it’s difficult to get the wick in the center at the bottom so I had to pour a tiny bit of wax in and hold the wick with a skewer til of hardened. Then I secured the mold with a ton of rubber bands as per instructions and it still leaked everywhere and I have wax all over my counter and gas stove. I imagine that there’ll be a seam when we do remove the candles due to the leakages. Not easy to use. Design is good in theory but not so much in practice.

I bought these as a craft project for myself, my sister and my dad. We had a lot of fun making them. We did multiple layers of wax so the candles melted/dripped in multiple colors and were beautiful. My two recommendations are to make sure and use a rubber band or hair tie, some string to keep it closed while the was hardens. The other thing is make sure you are using the right kind of wax and wick or else they won’t burn right, but that’s not a reflection of the molds, just a common user error.

A little shorter than I expected. Base of candle a little small for some of my candle holders. Durable mold. Getting a solid seal can be tricky. Wick insertion and feeding can be difficult at times. Easiest mold I have to demold.

I almost didn't buy these because there were a ton of reviews talking about how they leak. As a candle maker of over 3 years, any silicone mold will leak if you don't secure them correctly. I'm not sure why the listing photos say to use tape, because tape will definitely not stick to silicone lol. If you used tape, I'm sure that's why they leaked. Wrap tight with rubber bands all the way down the mold, I used 6 rubber bands each wound 3-4 times. You have to be careful when removing the candles so that they don't break, but I use soy wax and you'd probably have an easier time if you used paraffin.
