Deceptive advertising. As an ornamental piece for a fraction of the price it would have been fine. I make wine and I was going to age it in this barrel. Thank God I filled it with water first to make sure it didn't leak.It leaked and I had to chase down another barrel

Please read-you won't believe this. We are wine makers. I ran a google search for 30 gallon wine barrels. This barrel was the first to appear on Amazon. So I bought this wine barrel from Wine Barrel Creations from California and when trying to swell the wood with water it leaked. It leaked for 5 days. Customer Service from Wine Barrel Creations gave me some suggestions to stop the leak. The barrel still leaked. After the 5th day I asked for a refund. All I got was argumentative customer dis-service. I can't return it because I used it. Yes I used it for 5 days to no avail because it leaked. Then he said that the barrel is not for wine making. He said it was for "decorative purposes only-like an end table in a family room or bar". Can you believe that. The Amazon ad is misleading and downright deceptive. I'm out $345 if I don't get a refund from my credit card. I would absolutely NOT recommend this company.
