There are slight dimensional differences between this kit and the OEM pieces, but they fit and perform just fine and seem to be of pretty good quality material. Very satisfied with this purchase.

Overall, this is a good kit. The pintle caps seem a bit thin - be sure to heat them before pressing them on so that they don't crack.

I rebuilt 6 injectors for a 1997 Porsche Boxster. The engine started up and all seems good so far. I checked for leaks, drove it and checked several times afterward. None found as of now. Make sure after the rebuild to add a extremely light covering of lubricant to the grommet and o-rings, verify that the injector is seated properly and the fuel rail is seated properly. Little details can be the down fall. All parts should be clean of debris. Save a lot of money and do it yourself. I also flushed each injector with injector clean while it was take apart. 9 volt batter and 2 wires will open the injector. Clean, ensure injector is working and sprays well.

I am doing work on a 1999 Buick Regal that my college-age kids use at school. The injectors are original equipment (might old) and the washers, spacers, and injector tips are noticably worn. Injector replacement at $65+ per injector x 6 injectors = $390. I checked the continuity on the injectors with a multi-meter and they were all fine, so I used this kit to rebuild them.It would have been better if it came with some instructions, but there are Youtube videos that will help you along.After I finished, I put a can of fuel system cleaner in the gas tank to clean them up even more, and now the car runs much smoother and stronger.
