I mean, maybe that's how it's supposed to be, but this really doesn't seem like it's all that high quality of fabric. also, there's very little information on how it's supposed to be attached to the table (I guess maybe that's supposed to be like common information? would help to have some instructions that detail how to best remove the cover you're trying to replace and install this one. definitely doubt it's thick enough to glue without it being very apparent, and it's too think to really be able to stretch it ..... little lost as to how to apply this, but really, I think we may just skip it because despite ours being in sorry shape, that fabric seems a lot more premium than this one.

This feels like a nice quality and weight of fabric although I'm not convinced it's 18% thicker than felt as claimed. I used it to recover a card table and it turned out really good . The creases in transit flatten when installed, but the witness marks in the pile of the fabric are still visible - see photo. I did not try ironing this first as it is nylon so low heat is necessary. I think the price point is accurate for the amount of fabric you get. When installing, the fabric has more stretch in one direction than the other so you need to be careful with install. It comes precut with all the pieces needed for a billiards table so overall this is a good buy.

Great quality, solid structure good value for the money. I am redoing a pool table and this will be so handy and go on nicely. Small strips already cut for you.

This is nowhere near 3.5mm. It is 1.08mm thick. It's thin nylon fabric with a bit of felt texture on one side. If you triple it up, you might reach about 3.3mm.The product image that shows both sides of the fabric is utterly misleading. I have included an actual image. It is very clear what it is.That said, it is probably no worse than most of what you can buy at this price point. It would just be nice if the details of the listing were correct.It arrives tightly folded, not rolled, and will require careful ironing in order to lay flat on your table.
