There are couple of issues with this pool table 1. There are few damages in the pool table. there are some broken joints and cracks on the wood parts and also at two places the pool fabric has damages . Since its engineered wood and damaged , I am afraid of life of this pool table 2. Even if the table is heavy, the pool table is not stable, its slips quite often or shakes when leaning to take a shot. 3. Cues are very light and does not have proper tip, Its looks so fragile, that I am afraid of taking a hard shot. 4. The engineered wood around the ball drop area are too loose and looks like weak, which can give up later in near future. 5. All corner wood which takes the impact of ball bounces, also feels very weak and shakes, make loud noise, which again i am afraid that it would give up in near future.When contacted, The company was not accepting any of these issue and just waived the hands and asked to return at my own, which they know that since its heavy item , I can’t do it by myself, so they are using this for their advantage, and I would end up keeping it even if I don’t like it as for returning it would be so much difficult to do it at my own.So won’t recommend this product to purchase

STOP !!! DO NOT BUY THIS OR ANYTHING FROM SIMBASHOPPING USAI bought an 8 foot table without side benches in green.The table comes shipped in a box on top of a wooden crate, upside down, with the accessories strappeddown on the underneath of the table.When my item was delivered, I took the box top off to find some of the accessories had been movedaround in shipping, causing one pool cue to break in half and several of the inside support “wooden”brackets to get chipped – see attached.Also, the bottom of the box got damaged in shipping, causing 3 tears in the table felt – see attached.I notified the company through Amazon. I was asked if I wanted a discount or return. I said return. AndI was told to box it up.Since I already took everything apart, I said to give me until the weekend and I would rebox it. Iassumed they meant they would be picking it up and refunding me since I received a damaged item.I WAS WRONG. When I notified the company, it was boxed up and ready to go, they told me to ship itback to them.On SEVERAL emails I explained how I was not paying hundreds of dollars to return something I receiveddamaged and every time I was told “if you don’t like it, ship it back to us at …….”.I asked for a name and number of a manager to call, and once again I was told Ma’am, if you don’t likeit, ….”.I asked to exchange only the damage items, I was ignore.I went to the company website, there is no number to call just an email address. I emailed it and wastold to resolve my differences through Amazon.I notified the seller the wording on Amazon says they would exchange damaged items. I once again wastold “if you don’t like it, ship it back to us at …..”. The next day that verbiage on Amazon was removed !!I gave up on the return and asked them if they would give me that discount they spoke of. They offeredme a 3% discount. That would be about $60. When I was looking at minimum, having to replace the felton the table, which is about $500, I told them I would not accept a 3% discount and it would have to bea minimum a 30% discount. I was hold they could only offer 3%.To which, I told them, I would see them in Florida court.I have also reported them to Amazon and to the Better Business Bureau.And in writing this and explaining my situation, I hope that no one else will buy form them again andhave to deal with their abusive customer service and place the customer between a rock and a hardplace.I mean, I received a damage item, showed them verification of it and the only solution was either to geta $60 discount or pay hundreds of dollars to return it.

Very nice table, shipping was a little rough the side was damaged and I had a little trouble with communication with the seller I’m not sure if Amazon wasn’t part of the problems but I think it is all worked out now. We really like the table seems sturdy and was pretty easy to set up.

We gifted this to my sister and brother in law and they really appreciated it. While it took some time to be delivered, the product does it's job! For the price, we can't complain. If you don't want to spend an arm and a leg, this is the pool table for you! We've had many good games so far!Also, their customer service had very good quick replies whenever we had an issue!
