Replace: MR-1350 BR3Z6564A R-916. Compitable with Ford F-150 Mustang 2011-2017 5.0L V8 Engines
- This Rocker arm compitable with Ford F-150 Mustang 2011-2017 5.0L V8 Engines
- Do not start the engine immediately after the Rocker arm is replaced.
- Any malfunction and damage to the rocker arm or hydraulic lifter will reduce the horsepower of the engine or even cause the engine to fail completely, preventing a smooth ride.
- The best way to deal with it: disassemble the engine cylinder head and replace the hydraulic tappet or rocker arms.

Common symptoms in bad rocker arms include cracks or wear, strange noises or loose etc.
1.When you start the engine you will hear the Clicking or Ticking Noises.
2.Weak Engine Performance or Stalling.(poor acceleration , decreased power and affect the life of the engine.)
3.Engine Light On (DTC codes will be P2646, P2647 etc.)
4.Physical Deterioration (Severely worn etc).

Why Replace?
This Lifter & rocker arms can help you resolve problems such as poor acceleration, decreased power or abnormal noise.Please replace it as soon as possible to avoid further damaging your engine. In time to ensure the reliability of the vehicle and the safety on the road.

What's the Rocker arms & How Does It Work?
Rocker arms are reciprocating lever used in an internal combustion engine. They are typically located between the intake and exhaust valves and pushrods which are connected with crankshaft below the engine.
When the crankshaft rotates it cause up and down movement of the pushrods, then the pushrods pushed and pulled the rocker arm to rock up and down which cause opening and closing of the intake and exhaust valves. Then power can flow from the combustion chamber of engine through various parts to the wheels to put the vehicle in motion.
The broken and loose rocker arm cause poor performance of the engine, the engine will be enable to take the full load of the vehicle and in severe cases engine failed to start.

What's the Hydraulic Tappet & How Does It Work?
1.A Hydraulic Tappet, also known as valve lifter or hydraulic lash adjuster, is a device for maintaining zero valve clearance in an internal combustion engine.Hydraulic Tappet keeps the valve healthy and protects from an engine's normal thermal expansion process.
2.The hydraulic lifter was designed to allow the valve train to operate with zero clearance—leading to quieter operation, longer affect the life of the engine, and eliminating the need for periodic adjustment of valve clearance.
3.Replace Your Bad Hydraulic Tappets On Time.

What's the Hydraulic Tappet & How Does It Work?

Rocker Arms & Hydraulic Tappet are not well known for people but they are very important component of the internal combustion engine.
- Optimized Performance
The Rocker Arm & Hydraulic Tappet that is intact and free from wear contributes to excellent horsepower and acceleration, preventing valve train noise and unnecessary valve train component wear.
- Installation Notes:
- Hydraulic tappets must be kept highly clean during installation , the engine oil should also meet the corresponding cleanliness;
- The outer surface of the hydraulic tappet should not be damaged during installation;
- Before installing the hydraulic tappet, it should be diffused into the oil.
- If you have no installation experience, it is recommended to seek the help of professional maintenance personnel or watch the installation video.
