Reason for a 4 star review is that the entire assembly is way looser than the oem housing. It wiggles way more than oem and looks slightly different near trunk switch button.Pros of this unit is the price which was less than $30 bucks when purchased compared to $80 of oem unit. The trunk switch works and oem camera fits in the housing. Installation was less than 5 minutes total.You can gently pry old housing with a plastic removal tool. Unhook both harnesses on back. Remove camera from housing. I accidently pushed the tabs too hard and broke them oem housing. Place the oem camera in this replacment housing and close the 2 tabs down. Plug back the 2 electrical harnesses. Verify the trunk switch and rear camera function. Push housing in.b

The product does work for opening the hatch, but it does not fit well. Someone else mentioned that it was loose and I did not think too much about it, but it is extremely loose. Aside from being able to bounce around, it also will allow water to get in especially when washing the car and cause all kinds of havoc. For reverence, this is on a 2016 focus hatchback.
