I bought this to display my art for mostly taking pictures to make art prints and for social media. Specifically for artwork that is 36” x 48” inches. Putting it together wasn’t too hard or too time consuming.I am not using it too paint with so I can’t say how it would do with that.The description says it would hold up to a 48 inch canvas and even shows a picture of it in the listing. Unfortunately, that is not the reality. I had to remove the top bar and lower the bottom bar significantly to accommodate a 48 inch canvas. When I remove the top bar, I lose the support of having the art being held in place securely. This was disappointing to me because I thought otherwise. Fortunately for my case, a 48 inch canvas it’s probably heavy enough that hopefully it won’t fall off. At least I won’t potentially have a shadow on the top of my artwork from the top bar that sometimes happens.For display I think it will be okay as long as it isn’t too windy. I am not completely confident in it sitting out for hours like this. Up to an hour and monitored will probably would be ok.I am sure for smaller art pieces, where you have both the bottom and top bar there holding it, it would be more secure. I just wish it was for a 48” canvas.This easel is made of wood and is pretty simple and adjustable, just not in height. You can adjust the top and bottom bar to certain extent. For the price that I paid for this, being just for display, I think I can make do.

There are no installation instructions in the box. The video goes too fast and is misleading. There are 15 pieces to put together--screws don't go in correctly at all. I have spent two hours and I only have the main frame vaguely put together. DO NOT BUY!

Very happy with my purchase of this easel. It is sturdy and rated at 30 lbs, which was needed for the weight of my large mosaics. Assembly was simple and quick.I had a damaged wingnut with my order, and the seller shipped me a new package of hardware within five days (from China). Highly recommend

This thing is not worth more than $15, at very most. It’s flimsy, small, fragile, wobbly, and there are no good instructions; someone who isn’t familiar with how easels work and are built, may not be able to put it together. It’s barely sanded, and it some parts it seems to not be sanded at all. Overall: It’s a piece of crap, if you want to do some real work, and I don’t recommend this for this price. Lower to $15cad max with free shipping and maybe. $10 seems best for this.

No instructions in the box and the ones provided in the amazon order were no help at all. Poor quality and likely cost lest than 5 dollars to produce vs the 50 I paid.
