It works but the app they give to translate plays everything back extremely low but as ear buds they work find musics loud and calls are too

this product will be returning cause I do not think it is a translator. It is simply a music earbud. It’s not a translator..

After much research, I bought these YYK-Q28 earbuds mainly for their translation capability. Here is my experience right out of the box.Only one of the earbuds worked. I was able to download the translation app, which is FREE, and the translation was excellent. But it only worked in ONE earbud. I had no problem binding the earbuds to the app THE FIRST TIME. I watched a YouTube video on how to reset the earbuds, even though the instructions are in the manual, that did not fix the problem. When I fixed the issue with only one earbud working, I got both earbuds to work. THEN, I had to bind them again in the translation app. THEY WILL NOT BIND after about 100 tries. I just gave up. Even though I bought these earbuds for their translation capability, they are very good, as long as you don't want to bind them to the app. I will keep them because of the sound quality but I will have to buy different ones for translation. Very disappointing. If you want to use the translation capability and app, I do not recommend these earbuds. If you want good sound quality to listen to podcasts, videos, etc.... then yes. I cannot comment on the battery life yet. If it is not satisfactory I will come back and add it to this review.
