These upgrade S2 alloy steel differential cups are the exact same part number and description as the upgrade differential cups on Rlaarlo's website as well as CROBOLL's part number R11146, but they are indeed not the same and appear to look different. I'm not sure if this part changed over the past month but I do know the CROBOLL diff cup matches exactly what Rlaarlo has on their website and held up remarkably better than the original stock diff cups, I will report back to confirm if these Amsoil parts hold up as the upgraded alloy metal should or if they deteriorate quickly like the stock diff cups originally did.Top is the new diff cup that just arrived, bottom is original I ordered a month ago. From the visual differences, the Amsoil version appears a little bit thicker, but what really matters is the strength and quality of the steel. I'll be installing these in both carbon / aluminum versions of the omni terminator trucks and update my review once I confirm how they hold up.One important thing to note, running these upgraded diff cups with the original dogbone shafts with weaker cross pins will not hold up any better than the stock diff cups since the dogbone cross pins wear down more quickly and then destroy the diff cup slots. Imo you will want to run the upgraded dogbone shafts with these outdrive diff cups.
