Very easy to install. I couldn’t get the DVD to work though. I had to look for a You Tube video for instructions. My GPS is back working like a charm with the installation of the new battery.

Purchased this battery through Amazon and it arrived defective. After a serious discussion with the supplier, they finally agreed to refund my money but it was a battle. I decided that I would try again this time purchasing DIRECTLY from New Power 99. Same issue - it would NOT successfully install into my GPS. After trading several emails to their "support" group, they had NO solution. This time, however, they refused to refund my money unless and until I returned the defective battery AND PAY FOR THE RETURN POSTAGE even though I originally paid for postage to have them ship to me. They would NOT budge and refused to pay for the return shipping cost EVEN THOUGH their battery would not install.Based on my experience, I would advise others to be cautious of this seller.UPDATE: I contacted Garmin and was told that the NUVI 2595 is NOT REPAIRABLE! So, it appears that this company is selling products which will NOT repair this unit.

No response when emailed that I had a problem with a bad connector plug. Very disapointed. Capacity of battery was smaller. Original was 1250 replaced with a 1000 unit
