This head set works great and it fits into my ear so well that I don't even use the ear loop to hold it in place. It sits so comfortably in my ear and it feels so secure. Sound quality is good, can be a little muffled at times, but once you find the right position it gets clearer.

The pictures on the web page don't do this headset justice. It presents very nicely and does not look or feel like a $20 headset.I have so far only used it with a Neat Frame for video conferencing where it does not stand out in the video when worn.For such a small headset, with the microphone seemingly on the "wrong" side the sound comes across very clear. There are two much smaller holes on the top and bottom of the headset for a microphone that assists with noise suppression.Having used the headset in a home office setting with very little background noise, I have a hard time to gauge how well this noise suppression works.

I purchased the Bluetooth Headset with Microphone for my husband, who is a truck driver, and it has been a game-changer. I really wanted this to work, and in fact I returned one for replacement because I thought maybe I just got a bad unit, but both of the headsets that I tried out didn't really work. People that I talked to said I sounded muffled.I really like the form factor and I like that it had aptx, but the number one reason I bought this was to talk on the phone, so if people can't hear me on the phone then I have to return it.I hope they improve this in a new model, but for now this is not usable.

I use this Bluetooth headset for work at home connected to laptop computer for Teams calls. The sound quality is good enough. Sound sometimes breaks up like poor radio reception while I'm sitting 2 feet away from the laptop. Others on the call also notice the sound break up. Fit in the ear is comfortable for up to ~2 hour calls. Like other inexpensive BT headsets I use for Teams, I disable the stereo sound BT protocol on the connection on the computer to make it work more reliably with Teams.I have had good luck with other inexpensive Bluetooth headsets for this same use, but these are not quite as good. Poor value for $25.
