Bullard 3-Rib C34 Full Brim Safety Hard Hat, White
Includes 6-point ratchet suspension and cotton brow pad.
The 3-Rib C34 is a full brim hard hat with a 6-point Flex-Gear ratchet suspension designed to protect the top of the head from falling objects and bumps into stationary objects. The all-around brim and larger shell provide additional protection from whatever the weather at a job site brings. The C34 includes a suspension that drops below the nape of the head, improving retention.

I had to use the 6 point head band out of my old hard hat because the 4 point it came with is to flimsy.
