I just received this today and put it on and it started right up and ran perfect. I put is on a Cub Cadet SC300HW with a 5x65MUC motor if that helps anyone.

I replaced the original carburetor on my Remington lawn mower with this new one. OMC original was about $80 to $90 and not available. It was a little challenging to do the attachments but I managed. Mower ran on the second pull and seems to be fine so far for about $25.

Great replacement csrb for our lawnmower. Very important to order the right version for your engine.Numbers on old and new carbs don't really help. Compare all the physical exteriordetails between pictures online and your carb once you remove it and you should get the right carb.Btw, all 3 gaskets supplied were significantly from my original ones, so instead reused them.

I've tried a couple of these now, thinking replacing the carb for 25 bucks is cheaper than a new mower. These work great the first few times, but then they either wont run or run for a few seconds and then stop. I dont know about everyone else, but I am done with these. Perhaps it is because I live in the southwest and do not mow very often. I even use gas stabilizer, but still they fail after a few months.

Not the identical part number for the Huayi carburetor that needed replacement but, the size and shape are the same. It is the correct fit and installation was simple. Lawn mower is running fine.
