Item I received is nothing like the photos. The part of the cavesson that goes under the horse's chin is attached wrong. It should be a continuation of the noseband. It's not, it's fixed at 90 degrees relative to the nose piece and it's not movable, so you can't fix it. Don't waste your time. Leather is cheap and stiff as well, but I could have overlooked that!

Unfortunately, this is poorly made, the leather is extremely thin and the nose piece where the chain is covered is so poorly made that after using it 5 times the stitching is coming undone along with the glue they used. I highly recommend passing on this purchase and spending a bit more for the Ecuyer cavesson which is a much better product and better leather. I ended up purchasing the Ecuyer cavesson and wish I had purchased it first instead of wasting my money on this one. So learn from my mistake and don't waste your money on this one.
