Showed up with several defects in the leather and the silver was already tarnished. It also sits a little odd and gets close to the horses eye.

I like it a lot it just doesn’t have a jowl strap and it goes into my horses eyes so it’s annoying, I would return for a different one with a jowl strap but iv had it for a little while now and don’t have any of the tags, if I can still somehow return this for one same brand but with a Jowl strap please let me know I don’t have another 60 dollars to spend!!

I bought this for my wife who has a hard time finding bitless bridles that fit and work like they should. This one is my second buy for her! She rides English and Western these bridles work for both! They are beautiful, durable and versatile!

This soft leather side pull design helps young horse "steering" when used on a horse with very good rope halter and ground training (yields to pressure). Gentle and well padded. Doesn't shift much if properly fitted and snug (NOT tight!). Nice alternative to a bitted bridle. Fits up to an average horse well.

It was exactly what I wanted, I liked the reins and the whole headpiece, however I only used it 3 times and noticed the leather almost breaking already and the stiching was coming apart from the other side. It was barely used, saw goood reviews and liked the product but had to return and looking for a different product now. Not sure if it was defective, but I no longer feel this product is worth buying again

Sorry the photos are wonky. I can’t rotate them once uploaded. 😕I’m very impressed with the quality of this bridle. It was a little stiff straight out of the bag, as expected of any fine leather product, but supple once in hand. The leather is smooth and very nicely stitched. The padded crown, brow band and nose band are very much appreciated by my horse, I’m sure. I found not one flaw in workmanship.I prefer rope reins so have not used the beautiful matching leather ones included.My small Paso Fino mare can be a challenge to fit due to her unusual skull conformation. She has an abnormality where her lower jaw bones are too close together. Whereas most horses’ muzzle is a rounded off square or rectangular, hers is like an upside down teardrop shape. The tissue which would normally be enclosed by her lower jaw is herniated outward causing this soft bulge you can see in the photos. It doesn’t bother her unless her tack rubs against it. It’s more of a cosmetic issue than anything. This side pull bridle fits her quite well, avoids her “bulge” and, despite it not having the secondary jaw strap, like some side pulls, it does not twist or get near her eyes when using the reins. I may punch another hole in the throatlatch to snug it up a tad but maybe not. It works well and looks great on her so why mess with near perfection?
