It's chicken wire, coated in a green vinyl or something. It was kind of difficult to get out of the saran wrap it came shipped in, but it'll be great for keeping squirrels out of my pots. Since it's coated, it won't rust or corrode as fast and look nice longer. Since it's a dark green it'll kind of blend in too.

I got this to round up my 5 gallons flowers pots and it is easy to work with. I have a few small chickens and they love digging up the yard soil and even dug up my flower pots so I got this. I circled it round my planter pot, then use scissor to cut to size and it cut fine no issue. Then I use some zip tie to secure it, so the flower pot is protected now, but I still see chicken coming and looking but cannot get in, sometime they peck the fence wire but they're not destroying it now. Hopefully they don't jump on top of it since no protection up top. The fence wire mesh isn't strong so it's easy to work with, like cutting and shaping and securing. Green color matching with most plants leaves, the size is 13 inches height, not too tall. Ok value for the money but make sure you know the size you're getting and calculate the price per square footage etc. to get good value. Durability it isn't very strong may need some support stake for use.

I ordered this so I can make a moss pole for some climbing plants. It seems to work nicely for that, it was fairly easy to reform into the shape I needed. If you have trouble working with it, roll it the opposite direction from its current state and it'll make it a little flatter. You can also lie it flat and weight the edges. It comes VERY tightly wrapped in stretchy plastic that is difficult to remove. I didn't want to use a knife and scratch up the coating so I had to work scissors under it and snip and pull. It came off in dozens of pieces rather than one and it took probably 10 minutes to get the plastic off so prepare yourself for that. Once freed from plastic the roll will rapidly expand to a looser roll because it was so tightly wrapped.

I know the item description reads "floral arrangements", but I am actually using this chicken wire for chickens. I have brood of baby chicks in a very large container, but they are nearing the time where they roost and start to fly a little and hop. To prevent them from roosting on the top edge of the container, this wire is perfect for stretching out over the top. I must say, the coating on the wire is nice. The edges where it is cut are sharp. but there are no sharp spots along the rest of the fencing.Keep in mind, This wire is just over a foot wide, so crafts and small applications WOULD be best.

I got this roll of chicken wire mesh to use in my garden, and for art projects. It feels sturdy enough to make small domes and cages to keep the critters from eating my seedlings. The green coating helps the wire blend in with the garden, and should also work well as a substrate for making small to medium scale light sculptures. It's not a large roll, so there's not really enough to make larger frames, but if you have smaller projects in mind, this is probably a good choice.

It's made pretty well actually. The coated material will hopefully keep it holding up for a very long time.My only complaint is that they don't sell this in a larger roll. It's good if you using it for patch jobs, windows, ECT since it isn't a large roll. Overall really happy with it, will most likely buy more rolls.

This roll of chicken wire has come in super handy for all the little coop touch-ups and adjustments we’ve needed lately. It’s flexible enough to work with easily but sturdy enough to keep small critters in—or out. We’ve used it to patch holes, add barriers, and reinforce weak spots. Definitely something worth keeping on hand if you’ve got chickens or other small animals.

Make sure to read the dimensions, because this is pretty short. But otherwise it's a great product. Love the green color. It would be good with floral decorations, or for little plant guards. If using it around plants, you'll probably need a could stakes to hold the wiring, because it is pretty flexible. But it should last! I'll be using it to keep chickens off some of my plants.
