I just received the items today. They haven't stood the test of time but initially, they appear to be of good quality. The box they came in was absolutely destroyed on one corner. It was entirely missing and not even taped to cover or protect from the missing piece!

As a drummer I like to give new products a chance to show their worth, unfortunately these drum bags although they look good, they have a few things they need to improve:Its been approximately 2 and a half months since I bought these bags, and at first they looked like quality but, realistically they are not for everyday gigging drummers. My first issue is with the straps specifically the bass drum bag straps have broken on me while transporting the drum. My bass drum dropped and the hoop cracked on one instance, while carrying it from my car down 2 steps, the strap just broke on me. The second instance my snare drum bag strap broke in the same manner the bass drum bag strap did.This is unacceptable and has caused irreversible damage to my bass drum! Don't waste your money.The next situation, is that the zipper from the snare drum bag broke in my hand while unzipping the bag.At the time I bought these bags for $308.63. Since then they have costed me a bass drum hoop.Improvements on the strap and zipper quality needs to be made.

I came up with the idea to ad a compartment at the top of the case for spare heads about 10 years ago and never pursued manufacturing the idea. I'm glad someone did it. ChromaCast really pulled it off. I'm happy with the quality so far and lets hope over time the outer shell doesn't start cracking. Love the interior and the outer shell looks like it will have no problem on a rainy gig. Two thumbs up!

These are really nice and well built cases But the first time I took them out I was standing conversing with a colleague with the snare drum strap over my shoulder and the clip popped out of it's fitting causing a very expensive stave drum that I worked on for months to crash onto the concrete sidewalk. Luckily the case is well padded . If they can fix that flaw these would be the best cases for local gigs. If planning to purchase these cases don't use the shoulder straps and you'll be just fine.
