This tool works well for trunion bearing replacement. The magnetic base is so handy to hold the tool while you align the arbor by hand for pressing. Iām so glad I bought this tool for the job!

Bought this tool for easy trunnion upgrade and thats exactly what happened. Used in vise after a few tries. Trunnion replacement was a piece of cake. Will recommend this product.

Magnet is super strong and is perfect for pressing the trunion bearings in a vice. I used my table top press but the trunions take minimal pressing effort. The tool is 100% worth having even if you only do it once. Just be sure to follow the new bearings install procedure and they may include a different mandrel for upgraded trunion sizes

If you building ls engines and have to upgrade the valvetrain components. Just buy this. If you have a vice it makes easy work of the trunnion upgrade process. Dont need a press. Just a decent vice.

This tool rocks! Very easy and simple to use. Watch the Comp Cam video and unless than 30 minutes you will have all of your rocker trunnions replaced. If I was to say anything bad about this it would be that they should replace the magnet with a stronger one. The one that is on this tool is iron core and it needs a little help to hold on the vice once in a while. But besides that it's great. By the way there is a video out there showing somebody using this tool with a hammer, don't!!!
