I'm able to use this set up without having to pour out of waste any of my run. It's very convenient and takes one of the headaches of distilling out of the process. Very well made with professional looking solder joints. I'm actually most impressed by that due to me being a plumber. Great job folks!

With our former set up, we needed to stop the run or pour some out of a jar to get the current proof, now we can get an accurate proof in real-time without pulling out a jar from the middle of the run. It is working on our small 5 gallon set up and our larger 50 gallon set up without any issues. The hydrometer is a little smaller than expected, but the size doesn't matter one bit in the end - it is accurate and is a great addition to our hobby.

I can finally stop filling up a separate jar mid-run to get my proof level. Works perfectly with my 5-gallon pot and provides easy proof measure in real time.

This is a useful bit of kit for your distillation setup. Makes it easy to monitor proof readings while doing a run without having to pull a sample out. Would recommend.

I dont believe the company sent this out all busted up like it was. But it looks to have been crushed somehow. It's a shame too because it actually looks like it has some very quality brazing on it. The copper used is actually very NICE Grade & thick material...You know... even though this arrived unusable & just destroyed.... I am still going to give these guys 5 stars. Because i can tell that this product was of top quality. And it's a shame because I KNOW 100% it was damaged due to the shipper.
