Used this kit to rebuild my AX-15, I have put about 2000 miles on it so far and all is well. Nice kit and other then detente balls it has what you will need to complete a build that doesn't require replacing gears! The quality seemed great and the install was not bad. Watching a youtube video and 1st time build we re-built the transmission in about 8hours having lunch and several breaks. We weren't in a hurry, but the kit seemed to do the trick.

Provided everything I needed to rebuilt the AX-15 transmission in my 93' Jeep Wrangler. Transmission shifts perfectly now with NO synchro grinding.If you are debating rebuilding this transmission, I would just go for it. I'm a casual Jeep hobbyist and was able to do the job with general automotive tools, a 12-ton H frame shop press from HF, and a good pair of ring pliers. I also used the AX-15 rebuild videos found under the "robinsonsauto" profile for a step-by-step walkthrough of the process.
