Have put my necklace thru three 10 minute cycles, it gets a little cleaner each time. I don’t know if this machine will ever get the sterling silver necklace completely clean.A brush and tweezer should have been included in my purchase and were not in the box. I don’t know if this is the manufactures fault or someone returned this item and didn’t return everything.

I bought this thinking it would be great to clean my retainers nightly. The product worked for 2 months and that was it! Waste of money and now I can’t return it as it past the time limit to return the defective product.

Although I liked the product very much, it quit working after 6 weeks. I was very careful with it, but when I plugged it in this morning to clean my retainer it wouldn’t run. Very frustrating. Just another piece of chinese junk! Don’t waste your money

Easy to use. My retainers just kept getting worse even though I used a toothbrush and toothpaste every day. Using the device daily got the uppers really clean after about two weeks. The lowers are just getting clean after running it two or three times daily for 2 months. No where near as efficient as indicated but at least they are clean.
