Tested with and Arduino Uno. Used simhub to run this as a simple lap timer. It works!

This is a good quality LED display at a fairly good price. There was not much information provided, but you can search online for the details. The display is bright, the connections work fine. it doesn't have a premium look, but it does the job well.

Theye are cheap segment displays. They don't pretend to be some magical device or anything special. They work and work well. Simple to use, prefect size to replace those found in many everyday items and they hold up well to harsh conditions / high temperatures.
