The old float broke at the stem next to the valve.Ordered this unit, it came 2 days later.Turned off the water, unscrewed the old unit, screwed this new unit in, turned the water back on and adjusted the float for the correct water level. It works perfectly, very happy with this device.

Came just in time to finish off the heatwave/Easy to install, just need a ratchet wrench, spark plug size. pliers will not work to well.
