Encoded Control with Precise Indicating Columns
High-precision Encoded Control with value indicating columns: 13 Precise Time Settings within 60 minutes (i.e. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5,10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 40, 50, 60 Mins) or Always ON; 14 Precise Temperature Settings within 80℃ ( i.e. 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45, 50, 55, 60, 65,70, 75, 80℃ ).
Multiplue Modes for Different Cleaning Purposes
FULLWAVE mode(40KHz) for intensive rinse of blind holes or complicated surfaces; SEMIWAVE mode (semiwave based on 40KHz, i.e. 33KHz) for rough surface cleaning; DEGAS mode for removing ultrasonic fatigue so as to improve cleaning effect; PULSE mode for dynamic rinse of stubborn stains.
Heating Function for Removing Oil and Wax
Heating can decrease the adhesive strength of oil and wax to stuffs to be cleaned, make the cleaning solution much easiler to create cavitation so as to increase the solution's cavitation level, and then enhance the cleaning effect. Note: the best cleaning temperature is 40~60℃, i.e. 104~140℉.
SUS304 Die-casting Tank and Drain Valve
The cleaning tank and drain valve are made with SUS304 stainless steel. SUS304 stainless steel does better in resistance to weak acid or weak alkali solution. However, SUS304 stainless steel materials has no resistance to strong acid or strong alkalis solution, such as hydrochloric acid.
