Your cart is empty.The new EBC Yellowstuff compound is essentially a race pad but with a big difference in that it works from cold and can be safely used on the highway. If you want the ultimate in high friction braking this is the pad to choose. Brakes feel superb from first touch of the pedal and stay effective up to race temperatures. Maximum stopping is prime requirement and for short duration track use. Its dust rating is similar to OEM parts. All pads come with edge chamfers, center line slots, noise reduction shims and OEM hardware as needed. All EBC pads feature the EBC brake in surface coating which helps pads seat quickly after install.

Love EBC brake products. These are my first set of "yellows" and like them a lot. The only downside to these pads is that they produce quite a bit of brake dust. I have them installed on a car that I pretty much daily from April to November (stored for winter) and that I use for autocross and the occasional HPDE / lapping sessions. The provide great bite from cold. Haven't pushed them hard enough yet to determine how they hold up to brake fade. Would definitely buy these again.

This part number shows as fitting 2014 MINI Copper S (F56). I contacted EBC and this part number (DP41789R) is for the 1.6L MINI. The Yellowstuff front pads for the 2014 2.0L F56 is DP42227R.So I can't really comment on the pads, but I've heard great things.

I have used EBC pads (yellow, red, and green) in my cars for over 15 years. They are consistent performers and I will continue to use the yellows and reds (the greens create too much dust). I've never had a problem with fade, noise, nor issues with water/snow. They last forever and are a great value, without even taking the increased performance into account. These particular pads are being used in a Volvo 855 GLT with EBC Sport rotors (the dimpled ones), which I drive quite aggressively. This is the heaviest car I've owned, but the pads still bring all that inertia under control.

These brakes are great with the new slotted and drilled rotors I installed. A great upgrade! I would recommend them to all!
