How to Test a Harmonic Balancer?

Start your engine and check the harmonic balancerto see if it oscillates while the engine is running. Take aflashlight and shine it directly on the balancer to seeif it goes in and out as it spins. If the harmonic balancerwobbles when the engine starts, then it's broken.

Why is it Important to Replace Harmonic Balancer？
