This is a manual adapter, so lens functions that rely on electronic communication with the camera body (autofocus, AE metering, image stabilization, etc.) will be disrupted.
Set your exposure manually or meter using your camera's Aperture Priority (stop-down) mode.
If your lens does not have a manual aperture control ring, it will stop down to its smallest f/stop by default.

This is a very well made adapter and connects my Miranda mount lenses smoothly onto the Sony NEX mount cameras. Delivery also was very fast, considering transit was from USA to UK. I have no complaints and unhesitatingly give 5 stars.

Auf beiden Seiten - Kamera und Objektiv - sehr gute Passgenauigkeit. Der Adapter läuft seidig beim Ansetzen an das Objektiv und rastet ein. So wie es sein soll. Führt zu tollen Foto-Ergebnissen an modernen Digital-Kameras (Sony Alpha 7).

Adaptateur solide et agréable qui se met en place sur l'objectif et l'appareil photo avec la bonne tension.Cependant, il est (légèrement) trop court. En d'autres termes, la "flange focal distance" n'est pas correcte. Par conséquent, cela fait que l'objectif se focalise au-delà de l'infini. Ce n'est pas directement un problème pour les téléobjectifs, mais cela peut l'être pour les objectifs grand angle et ultra grand angle.

While not an inexpensive adapter by no means, I was glad to find that it provides a perfect fit between my NEX camera and my Miranda lens. The adapter has a professional matte-black exterior, discreetly marked with its brand-name and purpose. Absolutely no light penetrating issues as some complains I've read online. The only negative aspect I've encountered is that it throws off the distance markings on the focusing ring of the adapted lens. In itself this isn't an issue, except for the "infinity" marking, which "used to" coincide with the physical stop of the ring. Not any more! With the adapter installed, the "actual" infinity setting occurs now a tiny bit before the physical stop.
