There are some extra screw locations and an extra piece of plastic compared to the original Honda Fit 2008 Door Lock Actuator. It does not seem to matter, though. My doors are locking and unlocking again. There are good videos on YouTube on how to remove the door panel, and then to extract the piece to replace it. They do not show this part though — they mostly show the 2009-plus models. This actuator screws to attach to another upper piece. There’s only one lever on the actuator that moves, and it has a slot that interacts with the gears of the other upper mechanism. The upper mechanism that contains most of the moving parts has stiff wires that attach to the outside handle, outside lock, inside handle, and push/pull pin inside the window. No vide explains how to remove the rods properly — and it is not a hard trick, but there are white plastic clips that hold the bent end of the rod in place. The trick to remove the rod from the clip, is you have to rotate the clip so that the rod is freed-up to be removed from the hole — Rotate the clip! Very easy after that.
