I bought this halter in a pinch when my horse broke his. I wanted a breakaway halter and this one could be delivered quickly. The hardware doesn't look too substantial, but hey, it's liable to break away easily if a horse gets hung up, so that's probably safe. Good purchase for the money, and of course it was delivered in a jiffy.

They would make great turnouts They are not very thick but great for turnout with necks that attach to them
