Replaced front end last year with all Moog parts. Changed steering gear box this year and had to switch from 3 spline to 4 spline pitman arm. This is the 4 spline version. GM used both versions interchangeably you'll want to take the nut off of pitman at gearbox and count. I do wish I had used Genuine GM for pitman and idler. They just fit better, seated all the way in.

Fit perfect on my GMT800 Z71 suburban. I went with the moog HD idler, but for pitman you want the OEM GM part. The moog doesn’t fit properly and didn’t seem safe or give peace of mind, and the wheel can be off after alignment. This is better than the moog HD.
