The rig was good and ridged, the steering wheel servo was not good and had a bad dead spot in the center. I bought this in a package deal, so I had to take it apart and send every piece back and After almost four weeks of waiting for my refund, I contacted Amazon customer service and finally got my refund. I guess third party sellers don’t care much about customers if they’re not willing to keep us updated.

So adjustable in so many ways, can move the chair like any car seat, recline leaver, and slide it forward and back on the rails.The frame also allows you to move the wheel forward or backand higher or lower, the pedals can be adjusted with the angle, if you get a sore leg from hiurs of shifting lower your pedals angle and this will solve it. I found out that last part way later then I should have. The only thing I would change is perhaps a little stronger recline lever as it feels like it could be bent but I dont really move it much, other then that it would be cool if it had like the manual lumbar support knob but again these are just improvement ideas. I can race for hours and I play dirt rally 2.0 in full manual mode alot using the 6 speed shifter and dam that game the cars handle just like in real life when Id rip up the back trails in my 4x4. I use so many muscle memory manuvers that react just like they should in real life in that game its just amazing. Only down side is very few truly good racing games these days so many go over the top with vibrations but leave out the only one thwt matters so you can feel whencthe wheels slip. Best games on this with a G920 are f1 2019, (2020+2021 have wheel connection issues seems), dirt rally 2.0, Ascetto Corsica, and Projects Cars 2. Forza series is soso forza 7 was ok until xbox dropped it but they also had gone overboard with forcefeedback of everykind bit the one you needed to feel the full tire slip + grip. I hope the dirt rally 2.0 engine gets carried into some more games best recing engine both on and off tarmac for rally races then any game IMO.

Surprise it was delivered before Christmas. It’s was everything I was hoping for. Easy and quick to put together. I did research before and knew what I was getting. Needed extra hardware for mounting the Steering wheel and Pedals, but I was prepared. Very sturdy and adjustable. Love it!

Very happy with the item, it is very sturdy and I found that the driving position was adjustable enough to get the expected immersion and comfort. The assembly instructions aren’t indeed very clear but i still managed. It took a bit more than two hours to set up on top of the time I had to take going to the hardware store getting the two missing bolts from the package. It’s a bit puzzling that there would be bolts missing on a pruduct sold a that price but I had read about that eventuality and the wierd instructions so I was kinda prepared. I’m enjoying the seat very much since then and I could even go as far as saying it got me about a second a lap on F1 2020 :) Is it the actual seat? Or the improved mental strength from the assembly ? We’ll never know ! ;)

Product is great. Sturdy and strong. Simple to assemble if you got your head attached.Most importantly the customer service has been exceptional! Any issues are resolved with a real person in a timely manner. Thanks a lot. I recommend you buy all your gear from this company.

I must say I am very pleased with the GTR Simulator, Packaging was in great condition and shipping was fast. Seller responded very promptly when messaged with a question. Product was more than I expected not only is it super durable and easy I mean easy to put together but was also nicely designed. All parts fit beautifully and have a nice finish the entire set up is just awesome. I will be adding a link to a video of my setup and thoughts shortly. I did upgrade the GTA model to the GTA F model with triple/single monitor stand and GTR floor matt and just waiting for those to arrive since they were added after my initial order. I would highly recommend this simulator to anyone just getting into racing simulators or someone trying to build a serious rig.****UPDATE 9-28-2016******* Today I received the monitor mount and GTR Floor Matt and again Packaging was great, Not sure what others are complaining about on the packaging. Also the issues some have mentioned I have not come across and I will clarify some miss conception in my assembly video that I will be posting soon . The monitor mount is made to compliment the GTA model perfectly, This Rig Is SOLID and you will NOT need to modify or add additionally braces. I Was Blown away at the quality and ruggedness of the floor matt if you have wood floors or tile this is a must have.

Well everything fitted just right for starters, and everything was solid when put all together. The steel tubing and mounts were nicley finished and offered a lot of work for mounting different setups. Granted the pedals from a tx leather edition was the only thing thay didn't align comfortabley enough to me, three nice and quick measure holes to allow two mounting bolts and the progressive brake mod did the trick. I did know they wouldn't, but I did know it was an easy mod for me. The seat however, even though it functions just right, I noticed mine came as a passenger style seat which again, is fine and I'm assuming is like that in general. The material of the seat was put together quite nicley and hungs nicley too. The only problem I have with the seat however is that it doesn't have that much cushion for long gaming sessions. I only say this in comparrison to my corbeu racing seat in my Miata which is what came with it and is very comfy indeed. Now I must say I didn't expect myself to get more for it so soon, but the option to have a handbrake mount without destroying the finishing looks sucks, but that's my problem that I never knew I wanted haha.

First off, I will say the other reviews about poor packaging and the paint getting scratched easily are correct. I read them beforehand and knew what to expect so no big deal there. I just wanted a solid platform that I can build around and that is exactly what this is. I have not experienced the tilt steering issue but I can see the design flaw. A little bit of drilling and hardware can easily fix that.My biggest complaints are the steering wheel mount being too close to the pedal floor plate and the shift mount is not able to adjust back more. I like to sit close to my wheel much like a nascar driver would and my knees end up too high to be comfortable even with the pedals adjusted as far out as possible. I am not super tall at 6 feet either. This sim rig was obviously created for the g27 and that shifter sits further back and lower on the mount than my fanatec clubsport. The club sport shifter is tall and would mount straight down from the lever on to the plate. This puts the shift knob too high up and close to the cross bar. In reverse, the knob is less than an inch from hitting the cross bar. Like I said, with the g27 shifter, this would be a non issue.I do like how sturdy the frame is and the seat is very comfortable. I don't feel like I am going to break anything easily or wobble around while driving. At this price tag I think it is a very good deal. Like another reviewer mentioned, a good seat and sliders alone will eat up a lot of the cost of this entire rig. The design of this frame allows me to easily build a stand with monitors, button boxes, etc to put around it. which is the main reason I bought it. I just have my old, trusty g27 on it for now and it mostly fits beneath my desk which is nice. It is a bit heavy but a grown man can easily slide this rig in or out of the desk if you need to use a chair.
