These wall mounts came with everything needed to anchor into gypsum board. I had 2 guitars I needed to mount and was able to assemble and hang both mounts in about 10 minutes.

These hangers are just as advertised; well made with good materials and pleasing to the eye. The sleeve/coating material on the hook is soft and does not scratch the item you will hang, be it a guitar, swordor similar item. Happy with this purchase.

These are SUPER durable and sturdy wall mounts! I own several guitars and have been dying for a stylish way to show them off in my home, and this is IT! These wall mounts have a beautiful wood finish that is versatile with any home decor. Additionally, the silicon grips give me peace of mind that my guitars won’t slip off even if someone nudges them. They’re also simple to mount with just 2 screws. The only thing I don’t like about these wall mounts is that they only come in one wood finish whereas other products have several options. Of course, this finish is still high quality and can blend in.Overall, these wall mounts are very reliable and offer that classic look for my sound studio.

This guitar wall mount set is awesome i got it to mount my 2 dueling light sabers. and it works perfectly. the rubber grip cover protects the object in my case the light sabers. the install was easy with a drill. They are very sturdy and it's great you get four of them for the price. I really like them and would recommend them.

If you are looking at this product, I expect that you may also know that there is a more expensive brand name wall mount product that looks very similar. This is one of those product review experiences I was actually excited about. I just purchased a 3-pack of the more expensive brand name wall mounts (hangers) and liked them so much, I was going to order 3 more to accommodate the remaining wall space. This was the perfect opportunity to try this product based on the individual piece price difference that amounted to a savings of about $20 and I got an additional wall mount as these come in a pack of 4. I will start by saying that the actual rating would be 4.5 stars if I could have given the extra half star. Since comparing these to the more expensive brand name product is relevant, that is how I will convey my thoughts. These are of the same quality and the wood block matches exactly to the more expensive mounts - I mounted the more expensive brand in one spot and then moved it to a different spot - these mounts dropped right into the existing holes from the other more expensive brand mount. Also - other than the burned logo branding on the more expensive brand mount wood block, the wood block looks exactly the same with the same dimensions and how it seats against the wall. The screw holes and hanger hole are all in the same place. The quality is very much similar to almost exact. Here is the difference and maybe the information needed to help you with your own consideration. The hanger mounting screw that screws into the wood block and holds the guitar is a little different than the more expensive brand hanger screw. The screw itself is a tiny bit smaller (thinner in diameter) and the threads go all the way to the hanger. It will screw into the other branded mounting block, but the other branded hanger will not screw into this mounting block. Also the more expensive branded hanger screw is only threaded on about half of the screw shaft. I know this is kind of wordy, but the hanger piece is the ONLY difference between the two products and might be important to you. The padding on the hanger itself is also different. Its still a rubber substance, but its a bit harder and thinner. The more expensive branded hanger is a touch thicker and a little softer. In summary, the difference is in the hanger and these look and feel a little cheaper than the more expensive wall mounts - this is probably where the pricing difference lives. With this being said, they still mount solidly to the wall and feel just as sturdy. The fit is tight, there is no wobble in the mount and they look great. One more thing to note, in the description for these, I think there is mention of the metal drywall anchors versus the plastic drywall anchors supplied with more expensive wall mounts. While this is true, I find it somewhat irrelevant. In my experience as a novice DIY'er, this only matters when anchoring to a stone or brick wall or substance. When it comes to drywall, I have found that if there is a failure, its in the wall surface and not the anchor (considering these types of anchors specifically). The anchors that are shown for comparison in the product description are NOT the kind of anchors that come with the more expensive brand. For me, I wouldn't use an anchor period, regardless of what its made of. I mounted mine directly into the studs - not trusting any of my guitars hanging by an anchor in drywall. So final thoughts - these work as described and are about a third of the cost of the more expensive brand with almost the same look/feel. I am happy with both these and the more expensive brand and for the purpose of one being functionally better than the other - I dont see a difference. Aesthetically, the more expensive brand are a little nicer with the branded logo and the thicker rubber covering on the hanger, but the difference in the look is significantly minimized once a guitar is hanging from them. The more expensive brand is made in America if that means anything to you. I couldnt find where these were made but I assume probably overseas just based on the significantly cheaper price. I believe in a global economy and I live on a budget so the choice for me wasnt all about where it was made. Bottom line -you wont go wrong with these. If I am being honest, if I had just 2 or 3 guitars, I probably wouldnt have tried these since I had already made the decision on the more expensive brand and I like them - but I will be buying these going forward since I have several to hang - and for the sake of full disclosure, I am hanging my guitars that are between 6 and 8 lbs. I dont have the courage to hang my 10lb Les Paul from either brand at the moment.
