Had to install a new Ultegra shifter on a road bike. These are well made fittings equiv to OEM.

Perfect for new 8000 series Uktegra shifters. Bought a used set of shifters and couldn’t source Shimano flange bolts. These work perfectly on a Cyclo-cross bike with 8020 shifters.

I purchased this kit for my ultegra hydraulic brakes, insured it was a clean perpendicular cut. After crushing the olive and barb it leaks hydraulic fluid and ruined expensive brooks bar tape. Ive done this a while and I cut it right, used the right hose and kit. Should have just bought shimano, it’s never leaked on me when replacing a hose.

I got this little kit specifically for the flanged connection bolt that connects the brake hose to an Ultegra hydro brake lever. The Shimano factory part is really expensive and for some crazy reason if you buy the Ultegra lever on its own, it does not come with this piece. This kit costs less than the part alone from Shimano. Plus it comes with a few adapters, along with the standard olive and barb bits that you'll need anyway (insanely, the brake lever doesn't come with all of these either). The connection bolt worked just fine. Not super cheap, but still better deal than buying OEM.
