I like this version better than the full pigtail...easier to store on the boat and stilll allows me to use dock power to run anything I need with 110.Power washer, buffer, etc. when working on the boat or dock.

Appears to be decently made. The male end prongs were a little bent, but nothing concerning. I see no reason it shouldn't work as it should. On a note of adapters, if you need one for larger cables, I would recommend the type with a length of wire between the ends. This will put less stress on you generator receptacle , or you house one, whichever way you are going. This particular adapter is only taking a "standard" extension cord, so not much stress, but on a larger cord, this type puts the weight of the cord another 3to4" out from the receptacle.
