The tool that does the number is not good at all you can't tell what number is what I tried 3 time but never came out right

For the price this works how it's supposed to. However, I bought this a few years back and got disinterested. Picking it today and realized I have 2 "d"s but am missing my "o" in the lower case letters. Ugh

I recived two letter n's and no "o" (lowercase) and the upper case had a "V" that was on wrong
