This will give you a slightly more stable steering system on the open road at high speed. But if you have any play in your steering wheel, it will not correct that. Also, at low speed your steering will feel just like it did before you put the stabilizer on.

It's OKBUT! do not think that you will have instructions that apply. KYB Has No INFO on their website to help you. While I waited for it to be delivered I searched the web looking for any instructions. NONE ZERO!But I did find a great video on Youtube that had me laughing. If you find it, it applies to installing a steering stabilizer on a jeep.On the sheet provided it states that instructions for the washer/bushing stack is printed with the bag of bolts. Nope! The mount for the tie rod is shown backwards no way will it fit on the picture they give you.I went ahead and put it on my ford f150, adding some needed hardware to make it right.I work on racing cars for a living. traveled the US, Canada, & France for the 24 Le Mans. before that I spent many years as an aircraft mech. for an airline. If some young kid tries his best to work on his own truck and does not have experience with suspension somebody might get hurt.

I have a '95 F250 and followed the instruction sheet for the F250. Instructions are incorrect. Bracket must be installed in the reverse of what it says in the instructions; otherwise, there is not enough length for the cylinder to ope and close. None of the U clamp bolts provided in the box fit over the truck steering arm. Had to go to the hardware store and get the right sized U clamps. Did finally get it installed. Fix the instructions and put the right size clamps in the kit and this would be a good product. Once fitted, I drove it and it does stabilize the steering.

Great product. Great quality but the installation instructions are lousy.

I added some bigger flat washers and was bummed out that it didn't come with the boot like it shows.
