Arrived as promised but it was just thrown in a box. No packing. The pipe had dented and separated from bouncing around inside the box with no packing. Luckly I could straighten out the pipe and get it back together. This is a cheaply made product but seeing it is only for an exhaust fan and after a little modification to get it to fit in the existing hole it worked fine.

the main reason for purchasing was the size issue, and the outer cap is the same size as a 4" pipe, it ended up not fitting in the limited space.
