Save your money. It snapped in half where the handle screws in after only 2 months of use. It started bending after only a few uses, just long enough to not be able to get a refund. Luckily I kept my old one that is 14 years old so I could finish the job, even though it takes longer to use the older one. I got this one specifically for the handle because I have hand pain and arthritis. Save your money and buy something that will last more than a couple of months. The last litter scoop I bought has last over 14 years and this one didn’t even last 3 months! Total garbage. Not worth it unless you plan to use it as a disposable item.

I think the handle needs to be longer and sturdier. Not made for heavy duty cat litter use.If you only had urine and poo that is light and loose this would probably be fine.
