The plates I received were both almost entirely missing the protective plastic film and had deep scratches. My application requires very consistent thickness, so grinding them down and resurfacing isn't ideal, on top of being a huge amount of work that should be unnecessary. When I contacted the seller they said they'd try to be more careful in the future, while offering no solution. The quality is good other than that, but if you require exact tolerances or a blemish free polish without investing an hour into resurfacing, might not be ideal for your application. If you're going to be removing a lot of material anyway or cosmetics don't matter much, you should be good.
