  • Prior to 2004, all of the Gen3 and Gen4 GM small block engines had head bolts of varying lengths. In early 2004, GM changed the head bolt design from that style to the new style which are all the shorter length.
  • Please be sure you know which style bolts your vehicle requires before ordering. LS9 Performance Multilayer Head Gasket for LS9 engines, can also be used with 5.3, 5.7 6.0 6.2 blocks.
  • 4.100" bore, .055" compressed thickness, 7 layer These are know as best gaskets for engines up to 4.100" bore. Very common head gasket to use on Turbo and Supercharged engines.

What are Genuine Delphi LS7 Lifters?

Genuine Delphi Lifters are a performance hydraulic roller lifter that was originally used in Chevrolet LS7 Engines. Delphi lifters are valued for their durability and reliability. They are also often used as a performance upgrade for MANY other LS/LT engines due to their compatibility and quality.

Delphi Lifters can be identified as having a gold clip on top of the hydraulic plunger.

How to Identify a Delphi Lifter?

Genuine Delphi Lifters can be identified by having a gold clip on top of the hydraulic plunger. If you find that your lifters have a silver clip then it is NOT a Genuine Delphi Lifter.

  • Delphi lifters are made in Grand Rapids, MI USA in a UAW factory.

  • Assuming no other parts have been changed on the combination, no pushrod length change is needed to install Delphi LS7 lifters in your LS based engine.

  • It does not matter which way the oil hole is facing on LS engines, the lifters can be installed in either direction.

  • No break-in is necessary for hydraulic roller lifters and camshafts. Just be sure the camshaft and lifters are properly lubricated when installed.

  • YES! These lifters are fully compatible with LS1, LS2, LS3, LS6 and LS7 engines
