Easy to install, hard to tell in pic but yes it is split for install. Notched design as original part keeps it securely in place.

Always make sure you measure your stabilizer bars and see what size they are using a caliper tester. Mine fit perfect and I was happy with what I got.

We bought to replace factory PT Cruiser bushings that were worn out. This was the second PT Cruiser we installed the same bushings into and our experience with both is positive. Bushing was an exact fit. Very noticeable improvement in sway reduction with new bushings and sway bar links. We recommend these bushings. If you do not have a PT we hope your experience is positive like both of our experiences.

We're great for a bit then same noise is back. Proper size, lubed as instructed, slit in bushing to front of car and they are black not blue. Overall would not buy again or recommend

Took all of ten minutes to install both sides on my PT Cruiser. Just jacked the front of the car up and put it on jack stands, loosened the rear sway bar brackets, slipped off the old bushings and slip on the new. These have a cut in them to slip over the bar (as did the factory bushings) so no need to disconnect the end links. I just did one side at a time (but loosening the bolts on the opposite side) so that the bar wouldn't fall down. Just took a little prying with a pry bar to pull the sway bar down enough to slip the new bushing on. I put a little silicone grease on the inside of the new bushings prior to installing them.

The Cruise I put these in is a 2006 and has 128k miles on it. I'm pretty sure the bushings I replaced were the originals, and they were pretty deformed. These went in without a hitch (along with new control arms) and the front end is much tighter and all the squeaking I had is gone. You can replace these without having to remove the sway bar, just loosen the brackets enough to push the old out and the new in. Make sure you put the openings forward.Struts are next!
