Good quality equipment that is durable to stand the test of time day after day. There's a lot of possibilities for so many different excercises in this set. It's like having a gym in a box.

So I originally ordered this for myself but I ended up getting a reformer for a late Christmas present so I gave this to my brother and SIL. They have a tiny studio in Brooklyn and they say this is perfect for them to work out with and then pack away to save space. They said it has kept them sane and working out during the cold winter. It's a complete body workout and when they sent their last pictures I could really see a difference.A great buy at a great price for a gym at home that is easy to use and doesn't take up space.

I have definitely been enjoying this kit on days when I can’t make it to the gym. The quality is actually really good minus the bar. The bar as mentioned by a few others, is kind of bent but nothing that would impede your workout. You will need at least a few feet of space to be able to workout well with this kit especially the ab roller. I’ve found a few videos online that helped me get a good workout with similar equipment setup. This is great for a beginner or someone who is limited on the size of equipments they can have in their home.

I was too excited to get this set. The Pilates bar and Ab Wheel were the big pieces I needed. The whole set comes in a portable "case". The case itself isn't the greatest. The sides are kind of soft. They may have used just a thin sheet of plastic on either side to give it some firmness. However, it is good that it is flexible. Not sure how I can never get the pieces in the exact way it came. There are a decent areas to make sure parts stay in place. I say the placement wasn't great though. Now, let's get into the equipment itself. The build quality of the resistance bands are insane. They are covered in cloth to prevent injury. The tension on them is practically the same all the say through the range of each exercise. There's a set of adjustable straps when you need to add a bit for more range of motion. It looks like it is made of the same stuff as load ratchet straps. If I'm right, they aren't getting damaged any time soon. The "buckle" on them is super easy. Simply press down and the straps move completely freely. There's also single foot and hand attachments, that again, are solid. They've been used on hardwood floors and played with by two kittens with no visible wear and tear. Next, the Ab Wheel, sigh. I was unable to test it as connecting it to the bar does not work the way I hoped. From what I could figure out, the manual is horrible. The wheel requires two parts of the three piece bar. I don't have enough floor space to complete a full extension and return. Last, the Pilates Bar. This is by far my favorite piece. It separates in to thirds that are close to a foot long. It's very similar to most weight lifting bars when assembled. With it I can now, with much more confidence, perform chest and other upper body exercises. The padding on each section is sufficient for long strenuous workouts. I still use a pair of gloves due to other hand issues. With it I have noticed a much more even motion and reflection of muscle application since obtaining it.This is the set I wish I would've purchased first.

This product is a great take it with you gym in a bag.Setup for the core is not what I would call the most intuitive for a beginner. The multiple resistance bands is great. The bag turns into a nice pad and part of the gym itself, so every part of this kit has a use. This is overall a great buy

This collection of bands and equipment seems like a pretty good deal to me. The bands seem to be pretty durable, and offer decent resistance options. The ability to combine these to do many different exercises allows you to get a decent workout with minimal equipment. The addition of the wheels to create an ab roller is great; and if you compared the cost of high quality resistance bands, ab roller, and Pilates bar, this is probably less expensive than all of those individual products combined. This could be a great starter set for someone just beginning a fitness journey, but even intermediate level people could find some use in these items. No complaints so far.
