Purchased two and they are exactly what I was looking for! A little on the heavy side, but that just adds to how sturdy and well-constructed they are...a plus in my book! As for assembly...step-by-step instructions were very easy to follow. No parts were missing and everything fit perfectly. The cushions are a nice addition and do add a bit of comfort but are a little on the thin side. Even without the cushions the ergonomic design makes the chairs pretty comfortable. The chairs fold up nicely for convenient storage...another plus for me as I have limited storage space. Overall, I feel these are a good value for the money.

Nice chairs. Heavy duty, and they go together pretty nice. If you have some power tools or ratchet set. You'll really speed up the assembly process.

I love these chairs so much.Assembling was better with two but all in all these are gorgeous, wife, strong, and we use them nightly on our back deck.

Easy to assemble, the chairs added a nice touch to the porch. They are comfortable with the cushions. I did add carpet tape to prevent the cushions from sliding. They collapse nicely too

We used these chairs all summer and fall and love them. They are extremely heavy and very sturdy. I did have an issue with one of them arriving without the bottom brace included. I fashioned one out of 1x1 pine and crossed my fingers that customer support would assist in sending a proper replacement. Much to my surprise and pleasure they came through almost immediately and sent the missing part. 5 stars for that very rare service as it was much appreciated.

Have yet to use the cushions.. But they are solid and sturdy. Really easy to assemble. Probably took me 45 minutes by myself to do both, taking my time.The only real concern is the cup holder ring on both chairs were broken. My wife believes it is intentional, I'm not so certain. But I easily super glued the break. Wasn't a big deal. They're also solid plastic and heavy, which I wasn't anticipating. Not necessarily a negative. Just something to keep in mind, depending on your needs.

I ordered 4 of these chairs. 3 are perfectly fine but the 4th is missing two pieces. Can the seller please contact me to send me the parts?
