Perfect for my Electrolux dryer. I went to Home Depot and ace hardware, they’re making fun of me saying that there’s no such thing as an adapter and they don’t do that in the United States, I answered back that where I came from these kind of thing exists. Just showing how ignorant workers in the US can be without proper training.I checked on Amazon and voila it does exist.

Most household dryers are 30amp. But a lot of older homes actually have 50amp range outlets installed.That's where this adapter comes in to use. This adapter plugs into the 50amp receptacle and allows you to plug the dryer into the 30amp female end.So far my dryer has been running exactly as you would expect and I am hopeful this is a long term reliable and safe solution.The adapter itself seems very robust. Everything about it seems well made and it is quite heavy so it feels like it has sufficient insulation and quality materials. I thought it might be too heavy for the older 50amp outlet which has loose holes but it is staying put quite well.For the price, this is a good value and solves the compatibility issue. I don't know how safe it is to use long term so I will need to keep monitoring. But it definitely works and I recommend

This is just what I needed for an all-in-one electric brew kettle with a N6-30P cord. I already had a 10-30P to 6-30R adapter but no way to plug it into my kitchen 10-50R. Everything plugs in as it should, and I had no issues. I like that I now have the flexibility to run my kettle in the laundry room via the dryer outlet or the kitchen via the stove outlet.
